Swtor hide head slot account wide

I am experiencing a similar thing. On only one of my outfit slots, the "Hide Head Slot" option magically turned on - I have never been a subscriber, nor a preferred player, always been free, neither have I ever purchased either a character wide or an account wide unlock for this option.

Im am currently a preferred player and on one of my chars (Trooper), i don't have the hide head slot unlock, and in my outfits it makes my helmet...
